1. Information you voluntarily provide to us
Registered account information: When you register our account, we will collect your account name and contact information, including your email address, phone number, username, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we will further collect nickname, country code, language preference, or time zone information in your account.
User feedback: When you use our services and submit feedback and suggestions related to the services to us, we will collect your email address, phone number, and feedback content (added images or videos) you filled in, as well as submitted problem logs, which will all be used for us to promptly handle your application problems and smart device-related malfunctions.
At the same time, depending on different application products and services, Njoynook will collect corresponding and necessary personal information to provide you with products and services. In order to provide you with more convenient, higher-quality products and services and strive to improve your experience, we will collect and use your personal information in the following additional services. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the Njoynook application, but you will not be able to obtain the user experience brought by these additional services. Additional services based on location information:
When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use services based on location, we will collect and use your location information so that you can use the Njoynook smart application to configure the network with smart devices.
Additional services based on camera:
You can use this function to scan codes for adding devices you purchased and shoot videos after enabling camera permissions. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable camera permissions, we will only obtain information when you actively scan codes or use the camera to shoot.
Additional services for accessing and uploading images/videos based on photo album (picture library/video library):
You can use this function to upload your photos/images/videos after enabling album permissions to implement the function of providing proof for reporting device usage issues. When you report device usage issues, we will locate your problem through the photos/images you uploaded.
Additional services related to voice technology based on microphone:
You can use the microphone to implement voice functions after enabling microphone permissions, including shooting videos and waking up voice assistants. In these functions, we will collect your voice information to identify your instruction needs. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permissions, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the App or record videos.
Additional services based on storage permissions (Android system):
We request this permission from you for the purpose of ensuring the stable operation of the client. After you enable the permission for us to read/write your device storage, we will read from or write necessary information such as images, files, and crash log information to your device storage space, which is used to provide you with the function of information publishing or recording crash log information locally.
Additional functions based on message notification permissions:
We request this permission from you for the purpose of pushing notifications about products or services to you, and sending device alarm information and fault information to you so that you can capture real-time conditions.
Additional functions based on "floating window" (Android system):
We request this permission from you. When you bind a camera in the application, it can be used to display the real-time camera screen in the floating window.
Additional services related to Bluetooth technology:
You can use Bluetooth functions after enabling Bluetooth permissions, including device control, device status acquisition, device discovery, and device network configuration. In these functions, we will communicate with terminal devices through Bluetooth. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth permissions, we will only use Bluetooth for communication in these scenarios: displaying device status on the homepage and device panel; performing device control on the homepage and device panel; used for device discovery and device network configuration on the homepage and device addition page
You understand and agree that the above additional services require you to enable your location information (geographic location), camera, photo album (picture library), microphone (voice), internal/external storage, "floating window", and Bluetooth permissions in your device to realize the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. Please note that when you enable any permission, it means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. 2. Information we automatically collect
IMEI, IMSI, Android_id, MAC address:
When you interact with our products, to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure your account security, we will automatically collect mobile device information, including mobile device model, login IP address, wireless connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifier, log files, and mobile network information. At the same time, we will collect your software version number. Please note that separate mobile device information and service log information are information that cannot identify specific natural persons. 3. Smart device-related information
When you use smart devices, we collect information inherent to the smart devices themselves and information generated during your use of smart devices.
Basic information of smart devices: When you use smart devices connected to our products or services, we will collect basic information about smart devices, including the name of the smart device, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and upgrade information. sresky conducts business globally, so personal information we collect in accordance with this Policy may be transmitted, stored, and processed between different countries or regions. The laws and regulations applicable in the countries or regions where we operate may differ from those applicable in your country/region of residence, but we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and requirements for personal information protection. We take commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of your personal information. sresky provides multiple security protection strategies to effectively ensure the information security of users and devices.
In terms of device access, we use sresky proprietary algorithms to ensure data isolation, access authentication, and authorization application.
In terms of data communication, we support communication using secure algorithms, transmission encryption protocols, and commercial-grade information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys.
In terms of data processing, we adopt strict data filtering and verification as well as complete data audit processes.
In terms of data storage, all users' confidential information will be securely encrypted for storage.
In addition to the above technical security guarantees, at the system and control level, sresky has also formulated a series of security guarantees, including and responsibility, holding security and privacy protection training courses, strengthening employees' data protection awareness, and controlling access permissions, to prevent data loss, illegal use, unauthorized access or leakage, tampering, or damage.

VII. Account cancellation
7.1 If you need to cancel your account, you must meet the following conditions at the same time:
a. No abnormal login for the account in the recent 1 month;
b. The account is not involved in being complained or reported;
c. There are no unused benefits in the account. If you still have unused benefits, the cancellation application will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment of the corresponding benefits;
d. You completely waive the right to retain or retrieve such data;
e. Account cancellation does not involve any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by authorities, etc. that have occurred, and there is no actual risk of the above-mentioned litigation or adjustment;
f. The account does not have other situations where obligations should be fulfilled but not yet fulfilled in accordance with laws and regulations;
The account cancellation process is: Log in to Njoynook app - My - Settings - Cancel Account; before you cancel your account, we will verify your account information. You know and understand that canceling an account is an irreversible behavior;
7.2 Consequences of account cancellation
You know and agree that after the account completes the cancellation process, the following consequences will occur, including but not limited to:
a. You will not be able to rely on this account for any permission operations;
b. You will not be able to log in to the Njoynook app account again with this account;
c. After cancellation, we will clear your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all information, data, etc. you once stored, used, etc. under this account;
d. Other consequences that may cause damage to your rights or losses to you;
VIII. Third-party SDKs
Our privacy policy does not apply to products and services provided by third parties.
